Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.

How much cost the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are automatically calculated when you add items to your cart.
Please create a profile and choose your country to get the most accurate shipping cost you may have to pay.

Do you charge pre-order items at the time of order?
Yes

If I order in-stock items with pre-order items, when do you ship my order?

We will ship your order when the pre-order items will be released in Japan

Where can I find my tracking number?

Please go to your customer account then order history and detail, then click on detail on the right side

How do you calculate the transportation fees?

The transportation fees are calculated automatically based on the weight of your package. The more products/weight you add to your cart, the more the transportation fees will increase.

Why sometimes does the price change a little bit?

Our prices are based on Japanese Yen. The exchange rate between Japanese Yen and local currency fluctuates and this rate is constantly updated. Therefore, there may be differences from day to day.

Why sometimes does the price change radically?

This is because the product has become a rare item. This means that there is little stock in Japan and demand is high.
To ensure you can get the product you are interested in at a good price, we recommend that you purchase it as soon as it is released on our website.

I ordered a few days ago but still haven't received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, is this normal?

Yes.You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number on the day your order is shipped.

What is the Customs Fee?
Customs is a department of the government that collects money on imported goods.
The money collected goes to your country's government and NOT crowncard.

If you have a custom-friendly invoice, be sure to bring that invoice.

crowncard will not ship prohibited items.
Also, an invoice is always included on the outside of the package, next to the shipping label.

Do international orders include customs duties or taxes?
We do not charge VAT within Japan. We only charge shipping costs at checkout.

However, for international orders, we must list the full value of the items on the invoice to comply with customs regulations.

Any additional duties, taxes, VAT and fees imposed by your country are not under our control and are your responsibility.

These fees are determined by your local customs, so we recommend contacting them for more information about potential costs before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Japan usually takes 1-7 business days.
International orders may take 3-21 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. For orders over 40,000 yen, shipping from our store to the worldshopping.biz warehouse in Japan is free.
