How do you calculate the transportation fees?

Why sometimes does the price change a little bit?

Our prices are based on Japanese Yen. The exchange rate between Japanese Yen and local currency fluctuates and this rate is constantly updated. Therefore, there may be differences from day to day.

This is because the product has become a rare item. This means that there is little stock in Japan and demand is high.

I ordered a few days ago but still haven't received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, is this normal?

Yes.You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number on the day your order is shipped.


What is the Customs Fee?
Customs is a department of the government that collects money on imported goods.
The money collected goes to your country's government and NOT crowncard.

If you have a custom-friendly invoice, be sure to bring that invoice.

crowncard will not ship prohibited items.
Also, an invoice is always included on the outside of the package, next to the shipping label.

We do not charge VAT within Japan. We only charge shipping costs at checkout.
